We added your spot because we rate the place. You didn’t ask us to, and you’re under no obligation to keep it.

Two things you can do, and either is completely fine.

Take it over.

Your listing becomes yours: you set how long a visit has to be before it counts, how many people can hold an unlock at once, and you get your own console and your own numbers. There’s a free taster allowance already on it, so taking control costs nothing. Paid plans exist if you outgrow it — nothing pushes you onto one.

Ask us to take it down.

No explanation needed, no questions, and we won’t try to talk you round. It comes off the map and that’s the end of it.

Either way, nothing is owed. An unclaimed listing has never carried a fee and never will.
